ef98 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ef98" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" refers to the ef98 online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at ef98.app, operated by its licensed operating entity.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the ef98 platform for the purpose of gaming, sports betting, or any other service offered thereon.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on ef98, used to access all platform services, manage PKR balances, and record transaction history.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction in which access to or use of the ef98 platform is prohibited under applicable local law.

By completing the ef98 registration process, ticking the acceptance checkbox, or by continuing to access and use the platform after any amendment to these Terms has been published, you represent and warrant that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

These Terms & Conditions form the entire agreement between you and ef98 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or arrangements, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.

ef98 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. To be eligible to register and use the ef98 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform.
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not accessing the platform from a Restricted Territory where such use is prohibited under local law.
• You do not have an existing ef98 account, whether active, suspended, or previously self-excluded. ef98 permits only one account per individual player.

• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of ef98 or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of any such individual.

ef98 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following any internal compliance review. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period stipulated by ef98 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Each Player may hold only one registered account on ef98. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or substitute accounts — whether by the same individual or by connected individuals operating in concert — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, valid mobile number, and a functioning email address. You undertake to maintain and promptly update this information if it changes.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ef98 shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify ef98 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

ef98 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with its licensing obligations. You may be required to submit government-issued photographic identification (such as your National Identity Card — CNIC), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that have not completed the required KYC verification may have withdrawal capabilities restricted until verification is completed to ef98's satisfaction.

All financial transactions on ef98 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ef98 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following approved payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank.

5.1 Deposits

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the platform's cashier section. These limits may be updated by ef98 at its discretion.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• ef98 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges, for which ef98 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits are generally credited to your ef98 account within the processing time applicable to your chosen payment channel. ef98 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the ef98 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• ef98 reserves the right to require full KYC documentation to be completed before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirements and bonus terms.
• ef98 reserves the right to withhold or reverse any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, pending the outcome of an internal investigation.

ef98 may offer various promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be communicated alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all ef98 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• In the event of a dispute regarding a bet result, the outcome recorded by ef98's gaming system shall be deemed conclusive, subject to the complaint procedure set out in these Terms.
• ef98 does not permit the use of automated betting software, bots, or any other tools designed to circumvent the standard user interface for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage.
• Sports betting markets, including cricket and PSL markets, are subject to the specific sporting rules and event regulations applicable to each competition. ef98's trading team may settle markets in accordance with official results from recognised governing bodies.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ef98 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on ef98, whether in your own name or under false or third-party identities.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during any KYC verification process.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting technical errors, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or coordinating with other players to meet Wagering Requirements artificially.
• Colluding with other players, agents, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market offered by ef98.

• Using the platform in any jurisdiction where such use is prohibited under applicable local law.

All content available on the ef98 platform, including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the platform, is the exclusive property of ef98 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ef98 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the ef98 platform without the prior written consent of ef98.

Any unauthorised use of ef98's intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

ef98 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. ef98 reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the platform at any time without liability to you.

In no event shall ef98's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in your ef98 account at the time the claim arose.

ef98 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where ef98 reasonably determines that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity.
• The Player has provided false information during registration or verification.
• Account closure is required for compliance with applicable law or regulatory obligation.
• Continued operation of the account poses an unacceptable risk to ef98 or other players on the platform.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ef98 may, at its discretion, forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings held in the account. Any verified real-money balance (exclusive of Bonus Funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit channel, subject to applicable KYC and anti-money-laundering checks.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their ef98 account may do so by contacting the support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any verified outstanding balance will be returned to the Player.
